Alternatively, you can choose to bring your own “Dream Team.” If you have a highly specific external street-food vendor, food truck, or specialist caterer in mind, you have the absolute freedom to bring them in. We love supporting independent local businesses, and external teams are simply subject to a standard kitchen and grounds facility fee to grant them full operational access to our commercial setup.

For couples wishing to bring their own registered external chefs or food trucks, we offer the 3-Day Dry-Hire package for £4,500 + VAT, plus a £500 + VAT commercial kitchen fee. To complete your day, you can add our Ceremony Options for £1,000 + VAT, allowing you to say your vows on our lush lawns or inside our atmospheric Giant Tipis, which serve as the ultimate, stylish backup plan for the unpredictable Manx weather.

When opting for external catering, please note that all food must be supplied by a fully insured, legally registered food business. We are happy to provide a list of our highly recommended local partner vendors upon request.
The Laxey Glen is a fully licensed venue, meaning that all drinks, including arrival drinks, table wine, and soft drinks, must be purchased through our bar. We offer a variety of high-margin drinks packages to suit your budget perfectly, including our daytime delegate packages and celebration arrival upgrades. Please note that under no circumstances is corkage or bringing your own alcohol permitted.
